And it seems the hotter the panel gets, the less it does that type of blur, so you can't really use any properly calibrated settings if you don't want that type of blur (as it is dark and runs cool compared to the brighter settings which runs hot (why do you think that game mode is a type of torch mode?) Well I tried changing some settings and it actually got rid of it. So thanks for your false info, and thinking Plasma is the answer.
