Are you talking about being unable to change the CUT's. We've since resolved the issue with the latest firmware upgrade. We can now change the CUT's and they stay where we set them. There are several new firmware upgrades for many Toshiba models. I presume they take care of the CUT's.

BTW, are you sure that's the model you have or is it a typo? Didn't find the Toshiba R46RV645 anywhere.
