I have a NEC LT260 and when I connect an input it goes to a black screen as if the picture is there, but it remains black, when i start it up with no input it goes to the Blue screen, but when i plug something in it goes to the black screen, I have tried to put it back to Factory Defaults but it still doesn't work. Any advise?

I'm trying to get the VGA's to work but i have tried all of them, I've used the supplied vga cable, along with my VGA Cable for my Xbox, I'm not sure if u can set the resolution from the projector, my Input is 1024x768 (I Think that is what it is for both my computer and Xbox, i have tried it on 800x600 also) also i forgot to mention that the inputs on the Component and S-Video don't go to the black screen as i mentioned, it says there is no signal as if nothing was plugged in. Sorry for not including this info.

its not that big of deal, i was sitting around the house messing with a Christie LW300 my dad brought home for a meeting and I was wondering this one could be fixed, I might just part it out on eBay since the lamp is brand new.
