What is a used 50PX60U Panasonic worth?

I am thinking of selling my 50" plasma. What is a good price for a 50" 50PX60U Panasonic? It has less than 800 hours and is in perfect condition. I babied it. No bars of any kind for the first six months. It is less than one year old. I still have the original HDMI/energy star sticker on the plasma and the original box.

Roughly $900-$1000 is a decent price for a used PX60U.

Maybe give a check of what they are going for on craigslist in your area to get an idea.

I look at various city's Craisglists and the going rate seems to be $800 to $1,000, but i don't know if the owners are actually getting that amount or not.

Is there a way to check for hours of usage on Panasonics?

i got $700 for my 1.5yr old 42PX60U with about 3500 hours on the panel, via craigslist.

there was a ton of interest, lots of low-ballers. have some patience and you'll get your asking price or close to it, provided its reasonable and you're not out in the sticks.

1 month ago I got 680 bucks for my 1 year old 42 Hitachi Plasma.

people will buy your old TV, just lower the price due to the competition with new sets and stores having financing.

I just sold my 50PX60U to a friend for $900 bucks, I felt I could get more for it, but it was a "friend Price" and was happy letting it go for that amount.

I want to upgrade so I am not in a hurry to sell. If the 42" is going for $700 then maybe the 50" is worth $1000. I think I'll put it on CL for $1100 and take the first $1000. It is less than a year old and looks like new.
