Paul - if you read through all the posts, there seems to be conflicting reports on this. According to LG, the BH200 is not supposed to decode DTS HD/MA internally, only bitstream it to a receiver for decoding. Dolby TrueHD, on the other hand, could either be decoded internally or bitstreamed to a receiver. This would make sense as pretty much every HD DVD player Toshiba ever released could decode TrueHD internally but none of them could do so with DTS HD/MA. The higher ends models could output DTS HD/MA via bitstream.
So, it would stand to reason that the BH200 could only bitstream DTS HD/MA, but again some posts from users seem to suggest that, in fact, it can decode it internally. So, my answer to your question, is ... maybe?
