We have a comcast HD DVR box with their remote hook up to our new Vizio VS42LF TV. We hooked up the TV about a month ago and it worked fine, then about 3 days ago, we found that we were no longer able to adjust the volume or turn off the TV with the comcast remote. We called Comcast, they said that our remote had gone bad so we stopped by their location and replaced it with another one. We reprogrammed it, it worked for a few hours, then it stopped again. We called Comcast back, and repeated the process over again. I can't imagine that we're the only people with this problem. The code that we use that came with the Comcast remote that seemed to work each time we swap out the remote is 11758. Do you know if there is another code that we could use? The other 3 codes, 10864, 10885, and 11756 that was listed on the comcast remote instruction did not work for us.
