Issue: This is a computer LCD monitor, but I figure I'd post my question here by device type.

Is there an internal pot or other type of control that I could get to inside the case to adjust the backlight?

It's not so bright that it causes me eye strain, but I feel that it may be bright enough to hinder setting the brightness and contrast properly using online & DVD based PLUGE patterns. I'd like to lower the backlight a little and see if that helps, but I need to know if there's such a control inside the case to adjust it.

Hello? This is just an LCD TV without a tuner or RCA/Component jacks. Somewhere inside the case should be a backlight adjustment - right??
