Yeah, I hear what you are saying. But really it's not that much more work and it will help with the flow of the basement. So it needed to be done.

It feels great to be building vs doing demo. Walls are going up, electrical is being traced, lighting being planned. Ah, I love the smell of fresh cut lumber in the morning! Smells like progress!

actually that is 2 big subs i started reading some of these forums talking about LLT subs and kept reading about folks like ebr with their IB subs so i decided to take the plunge. details of how i built it are in my build thread. funny i don't even notice it anymore. i guess i am getting numb to it because i laughed to tears at how absurd it was when i first set it up

Hey Logan, grandfather clock - STATUS - unchanged.

Oh yeah, DO NOT USE A CORDLESS DRILL TO MIX THINSET. I tried to use my 19V craftsman drill on Sunday to mix some thinset. I guess the mix was to thick. After about 30 seconds of nothing happening I saw smoke. Burnt out the motor. Its only 4 weeks old so I try to return it. Well no brackets on the grandfather clock until I buy a new drill.

Got my taxes done this AM and had to get in line at the Post Office to drop the check in the drive through mail box.

Finished with about 11 hours to spare. Bad planning on my part I shouldn't have started so early.

Did get a new Oppo 983H hooked up in my HT.

Do I qualify?

Started my build in September of 2005 and have the bill from DE for design to prove it! The space still has no rock, but things have been progressing of late! Wow this sounds familar.

A bit about me.
I'm very competitive and have a slight case of OCD.
Someday I plan on starting a thread... once I have enough to show anyway ;-)

Ok I've thought about this a bit more and I'll be honest... I'm scared...... This may be a life altering event for me. My wife and kids may never see me again after being Logan'd... if I qualify of course. My employer will eventually notice I'm not around I'm guessing.

I'm going to go play with the kids one last time.....

do it Z. i am finding that life somehow feels different AL (after loganing). i now see the wife, kids, job, personal hygiene, etc for what they are - distractions from the important things in life. i just wish i could quit thinking about that STUPID 1x4 in front of those 4 15" drivers ... darn you logan.
