I can't believe it.... I made the cut!

Per the 3rd commandment of being Loganed I'll have to start my theater thread. I don't know what the 1st two commandments are. Logan won't tell me. Something about hazing and an offering first

After laughing and pointing at me I was given the 4th commandment Thou shall riducule and badger those who are moving slower than you. Initially I was worried about this one as I'm not sure anyone is moving slower than me, but between looking at all of the SUPER slow builders already Loganed and through assistance of our weekly meetings I'm sure I'll learn to accept being speed challenged.

I find out next week who my Logan buddy is. I think in the brocure it said the program was coed so I'm hoping she's hot. ;-) (Please don't tell my wife.)

With commandments, a 12 step program, a buddy system, a helpline(forum) not to mention a theater coach, this has to be one of the most complete programs I've ever been in.

So this brings me to the 5th and 6th commandments. There is no Loganclub and Thou shall not talk about the Loganclub. Oopsummmm. Move along nothing to see here.

OK, look. You guys are lucky that I haven't (yet) magically disappeared and ascended into a higher plane of exisitence. Already there's a major mistake in the translation.

If you INSIST on the reliance of such things, it actually should be:

“LOGAN shall riducule and badger those who are moving slower than he.”

And for the record, the 3rd is

"Thou shall have no other badgerers before me."

I can't wait to see how that one gets twisted around.

Your quest is to get "it." If I tell the first two, then you will not quest for "it." But, you may ask, "How WILL I get "it"?" Through your quest. "How will I know when I got "it"?" You'll know. "What if I DON'T get "it"?" Then you got "it!"

How long-about was that to come up with THAT obscure movie reference? Anyone?

Grasshopper....must I explain EVERYTHING? It is a paradox. As everything in the universe revolves around me, you must picture a circle. Anyone moving slower than me around that circle (always facing forward) must be going backwards. Eventually, the gap will close and I will be able to see the back of that person. No argument there. I can also see the back of anyone in "front" of me. HOWEVER, to the outside observer (let's call this "dimension X" for the sake of argument), anyone in front of me could actually be behind me. (The cat is both dead and alive. You can't know which until you look in the box. And even then, for that instant, the cat is frozen in single state. You can't know what state the cat is in while the box is closed. Could be alive; could be dead. You happened to observe it in it's state of "deadness.") An observer from "dimension X" cannot determine the state of anyone as it relates to the relative "doneness" of a theater build, only to the relative position to me. Therefore, EVERYONE is behind me at any point in time.

So, in my chosen reality of "dimension X" everyone IS always behind me.

The guys that didn't go to college mostly got drafted. Staying in college was the ultimate Vietnam war draft dodge and luckily the draft ended before I graduated.

Off topic I know...but I have to ask...

BIGmouthinDC...when did you graduate from Hopkins HS??? I see your quote about Vietnam war draft dodge...both of my parents (and all of my Mom's siblings, but one) went to Hopkins Senior High...my Grandparents owned Swede's Body Shop in Hopkins...if that rings a bell at all???

Just exactly what did you do while NOT trying to increase your handicap? Sounds as though your off of your medication or either over medicated. None the less excellent stuff........

68....yea I know, I'm 58 and hard of hearing, rub it in. Swedes sounds familiar but I can't recall any interaction but I bet they went to Gethsemane Lutheran and knew My parents. I think every swede in town went to church there.

I can confirm Mr Logan has a basement, drycore, studs and plumbing. Didn't see anything that closely related a HT so think were all safe in the Loganed stakes.

I have been to his place a couple of times for "consultations" Yes there is actually a construction project, No, it is not getting any where near man cave status.

He actually did complete a shelf project so that he could get all his wife's crap out of the way to actually find some space for the man room.

I'd be willing to bet the Barack will be running for his second term when Tom hangs his first projector.
