Now BIG is a man with his priorities straight.

Do I feel lucky? Luck don't enter into it.

No one's called dibs. Again, in the spirit of fairness and sportsmanship I foster here, if you can find it in my garage, you can have it.

Unless someone steps up and beats you to it.

I'll take you on. I took on Big. I took on Brit who hasn't even STARTED his bedroom project since being LOGANED.

THEY are made of stonger stuff. For you, the SOFT CUSHIONS!!!!

jerrodshook, YOU'VE BEEN LOGANED!

My life is finally complete!

I will now start on a quest to be De-Loganed!

For me it has been since July 13,14 since I've made any meaningful progress. The framing, which was supposed to be done in June is still at the same point, and the wiring is now being broken up into "phases". If that doesnt qualify for Loganning, nothing does...

MANY qualify, few are chosen. And I'LL be the judge of who qualifies, thank you very much. "July 13, 14" of what year? That's like, a month ago. You probably got more accomplished reading this thread than I have in two months.

It's almost a full day and I almost missed your post completely. That's because to me you are nothing but a bug to be squashed. You want to be LOGANED? You think you're up to it? I've put the ki-bosh on more builds than you can shake a 20hz sub woofer at. You'd be one more maggot to crush. You want it? You got it, pal.

nargesem, you've been LOGANED!

Progress! between drinking a few beers rolling a in a few birdies- thats right Loganator Birdies so many freaking birdies I should be giving 20% of my pay to the National Aubudon Society! I digress back to the progress....

I have actually started my Drywall! First layer nearly done, should have the drywall portion of the build complete this coming weekend. If not I may never finish, tailgating starts in less than two weeks so Saturdays are shot and Sundays are commonly used for recovery, then there is the NFL and who the hell knows what new excuses lie around the next corner. I am so never finishing this- Just kidding I will come out on top, if I can just get this damn drywall behind me!

20%....So....that would leave you with...what? About $6.49 a paycheck? NEVER be able to finish a theater on that kind of money.

That's a lot of talk. Drywall finishing apparently takes forever. We'll see who finishes first, Sergio (or should I say, Phil, if you're a left handed choker?).

Page 2!!!! PAGE 2!!!! Are you kidding me...After all I did when the Loganator was off (hey wait... what did I do... all I see is a big gap in the thread... ok let's not go there again...)

Now all you lollygaggers are swinging the clubs, sipping your girly unbrella drinks between mowing sessions in the yard... Come on.... don't make me bring Alex back...

Ok, you asked for it....

Alex, I will take useless pics for $200...

"This is the most useless, obligatory pic that nearly every builder feels the need to post in their thread... "

Alex, What is a screen shot?

Hey look, its a membership drive.... Fresh meat.. Let the hazing begin.

jerrodshook, your subwoofer is so small, it couldn't shake the last few drops of Miller Light out of my Johnson.

nargesem, I wouldn't let you frame a house for my dog...

(Now I know neither of these to be true but you have to start somewhere.)

Come on guys, think useless.

Ok, I may have over stated how many builders have one of these pics. I swear that when I was reading through build threads I saw 4 examples in a row but now that I went back to find them, I was having difficulty finding several examples.

Soooo I will give a hint.

Someone that is guilty actually used the word "obligatory" in their description of the photo...

Yes, even I was slacking this week. But I'M allowed to. NONE of you would have a chance in Theater Builders H-E-double-hockey-sticks if I didn't. And as you all know, I'm such a nice guy that I do these kinds of things for you.

And now I'm prettty well tied up for the next FOUR weekends. Just got a shipment of putty pads yeasterday, too. They're just ITCHING to be installed. Let's see..."order putty pads"...that's ONE thing off my To Do list before insulation.

errrr. -400 on the same question... didn't think that was possbile.. Besides, I like dogs. Most of them are much easier to look at than those of you that insist on putting pictures of your own ugly mugs in your thread. I think I feel another commandment coming on... Thou shall not include pics of your hillbilly, knuckle draggin, beer gut, harry in the wrong places... self in your thread...

Nice little stab at the Drewster... nicely done but not, of course, what I was looking for.

Oh, we have a winner... Second guess.. probably after using the search function on the word... but correct none the less.

Slapping some glue on a 4' x 8' sheet of drywall... Do we really need to see it??? Does spending all that money on the glue that will be hidden forever invoke the urge to share it with the world as a kodak moment???

Slap some mud on two hot chicks and have them wrestle around... then snap me a picture, but glue on a sheet of drywall??? That one escapes me.

I can understand that rationale. After spending that much money for something that will never be seen, a few photos can't hurt much. I'm going to post a photo or two for my friends who really like movies but really think I'm crazy for building something so elaborate. At $14 a tube, can't we share a photo or two?

What's a few photos of cool looking green glue between friends?

How about a few photos of green glue on them there hot chicks Alex?

Do you think it would keep them quiet???

speakers in a box over a step of construction wins the prize???? And btw Drew I never got credit for your old homework - Lexapro and Celexa are both SSRI's.

Arg.. I was sure it was a "framing shot" - "here is a wall I built" - only seen about 1,000 of those....

Tip for GG application - if you are going to apply the GG make it have multiple uses. Put a pattern in the glue - sigils done in GG can be used to keep the sound in and the evil spirits out.

And no, I have not made any progress, and in fact I am moving backwards....

Well, obviously right now, it's not me. Or is it?

Alex, I'll take "AVS Theater Builders" for all the money in the world.

....And the answer is NO ONE.

Alex, who is ACTUALLY BUILDING A THEATER instead of sitting around on their lazy butts answering game show questions?

Who said anything about a prize??? Hey, I didn't ask what 2+2 was. That would have had only one possible answer. I asked a vague enough question to get answers of opinion. Now I was looking for a specific answer but there are not any "right" or "wrong" answers. I have pictures of my speakers in a box so I thought that was pretty funny (and a little stab at me)

Wait, I will go pound a nail in the wall and take a picture of it... Glue on drywall... that just cracks me up.

I bet you sat in the front row in school...

Anyway. So is Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil.... There is a specific relationship between Lexapro and Celexa that has a little cross over to the topic of Home Theater.
