I am looking at buying a Marantz SR-4002 Receiver and a Marantz CC-4001 CD Retriever and would like to know if one could have the Receiver in the Living Room and be able to have it work in the Basement on the TV down there? Or would you need 2 receivers to do this?
Also I would like your feeling on the Marantz CC-4001 CD Retriever?
Is it possible to have surround sound coming off the same receiver in both the Living Room and the Basement at the same time?
I know the receiver is for HD which I have in the Living Room, but in the Basement I have a regular TV will this work?
Would I be able to hook up my FM outside antenna to the receiver?
Since everything is going HD next year what do I need to update my TV in the basement?
This is all new territory to me.
Will my FM antenna that I have now work for HD Radio or will I need to get a different FM antenna?
