Refurb Sharp XV-Z3000

Is a refurb Sharp Z3000 worth it at $449??? I was also looking at a Mitsu HC1500 at around $750sih. Is it worth it $300 more for brand new? Im not familiar with projector refurbs and if there is major issues with them. Any help?

It's a good deal, but it depends on how much you value a warranty more than 90 days.

its just a special deal i get through an employer. Sorry man.

So it only comes with a 90 day warranty...hmmmm.. have to think about that.

Anyone have experience with this Projector, is it any good? or should i just get the Mitsu, its not like its a bad price. Im just wondering if the Z3000 is just as good for less money.

It, the DT-500, and the Marantz VP4001 (rebadged Sharp) are class leading projectors. But you KNOW you really want the Mits so have your employer contact me so I can remove your burden.
