Hi, everyone.
When I needed info about this support last year, I gained all the knowledge I needed from these forums. This is my way of giving something back to the community:

2008-04-18 Update:
Thanks to everyone who have watched the video. I think I should point out that the original instructions came from Dustin's Blog. Dustin is also an avsforum member (can't remember his nick), and the link for these instructions was featured in his signature.
I've prepared a couple of images for those confused about this mount:

And more details about the mount: In the Monoprice site, it is called "Ceiling Bracket for Projector", item #3009. Actually, it is the same model as the Bentley UPM-01 Universal Projector Mount and the PRB-1 found elsewhere. You can also get it in black or white color besides the classic silver one.
The mount is only provided with two tubes: an 8cm one and a 17cm one. You have to decide which one better fits your installation. If you need a longer tube, do a search in the Monoprice site.
I forgot to say that the 5mm Allen key is for adjusting a bolt in the projector plate that determines how easy or how hard it is to tilt the projector once installed.
And yes, there are much better and more flexible mounts out there. This one is somewhat limited by the fact that you can only tilt your projector up to 15ยบ in each direction. But tilting your projector more than that would mean that it does not have lens shift and you must use digital keystoning.

More info about this mount available in the AVS Forum:
For mounting a Mitsubishi HC4900 / HC5000 / HC6000, check this thread for further advice. Thanks Turbe! - added on 2008-04-18
A little advice from other users: Do not touch any button once you have mounted it. Check this thread and please use use your remote instead of the buttons on the projector. - added on 2008-04-21
Or you could tighten the center bolt of the projector plate if you want to avoid accidentally misaligning it. Read a tip by nyjimbo here. - added on 2008-04-21
