I've noticed that some TV's have what's called "Game Mode". What does this do? I know on my Sony it defeats all the motion and picture enhancements. What does Samsung's do?
Yes, game mode disables all of the picture enhancement fuctions in order to reduce the display responce time especially that required because rescaling in required. If you send the native resolution of the display then you will elimnate a lot of the distortion caused by scaling changes so game mode will cause less distortion.
