I hope someone can help! I have no picture and also no sound. The green power light is on but that is it.
TV was on and the next minute showed multicolored test bars accros the screen and then went black. Unplugged unit to try and reset without any joy.
Also had a look on Philips website, there is no firmware download available for this model. I also don't see a USB connection in the back as discussed in other thrads, so not sure how to get the info to the TV.
After phoning Philips they said they couldn't help and said an engineer will have to look at it. Unit was bought in UK on 07/08/06, so outside warranty period.
Any ideas how to sort this?
