Omaura TF-Amp

I am looking to get an HTPC Amp and Speakers in the next couple of months, with the Omaura TF-AMP looking to be my top choice to match the TF-11 case I ordered. However, there is little information out there and I have some questions. I figured here was a good place to post since Chris from Omaura often lurks here and posting it as a topic would benifit others more than a PM

1) When will the TF-Amp be available? It was listed on Dell for a little while, but doesn't show up anymore (and the TF-Amp isn't even listed on the Omaura site)

2) From what I gleaned off the web (which could be totally incorrect), it looks like the unit is powered by 3x ICEPower 50SAX2 amps. Is this correct? If so, according to the ICEPower site, this would only provide 50 watts per channel @ 4 ohms since the ICEPower's 50 Watt rating is for 4 ohm loads (or 25 watts per channel @ 8 ohms). If this is really the case, this would rule out the TF-Amp for me as I would need at least 50 Watts per channel @ 8 ohms to decently drive the speakers I plan on getting.

3) There is an internal 24-bit sound blaster card in the unit. Is this a "standard" Soundblaster Live Usb or is it some "custom" soundblaster card? I ask because I have had some machines with "custom" soundblasters in the past and it was VERY difficult to get the drivers for them after losing the original driver CD.

4) Are there any external analog inputs on the device? I play the vast majority of media through my HTPC, but I also have a Wii which I play occationally and it would be nice if I could play that through the amplifed speakers rather than through the crappy tv speakers.

Alternatively, if the TF-AMP doesn't come out reasonably soon, my fallback is an Asus Xonar DX with an Emotiva LPA-1 amp. Anyone have this combination and care to share their thoughts.
