If your dish is correctly aligned, your 101 signals should be 90s/100, 110 should be 80s/90s, 119 should be 90s, and 103(c) should be in the high 80s/90s.
When you say you don't get HD locals, are they in the guide?
You had it correct. D* CSR's are really getting to the point where they are useless. In my case the installer seemed semi competent, although his comment about this being his first install with a front pj gave me pause. How many done?
I knew that the 99 bird was only ? used for spot beams. Then the CSR comes back after checking with a higher authority and states that "yes, you are getting your locals from the 99 bird" We will have to send someone out.
Installer calls and in anticipation of his arrival I go down to the theater fire all up and lo and behold my HD locals are there. The home office obviously turned them on since the 99 signal was still very low.
This is a long and boring post but to advise to all, according to this second tier installer that came out today, we can expect 1080p BROADCAST in the next year!!!
