I always ignore that amazon visa offer, but randomly decided to do it so I bought wii sports resort for $2 and figure I'll just pay the $2 and then likely not use the card again. I also got a second free month of amazon prime so I get 2 day shipping of it and still pay just that $2. Then I bought Neverending Story on blu ray and will get it with free shipping on release date of next tuesday so a pretty good time to be utilizing that free 2 day shipping. I immediately went to my account to turn off auto renewal for prime and there is no annual fee for the credit card so all pretty good deals in case people haven't utilized those already.

Start spamming your local fye's, kiddies. 25% off the 9 new games in stock, and for some locations, more... My local shop is GOoB, so there's 75% off some accessories and assorted crap. But the real reason for my post: Cursed Mountain is now$8.99, + 25% off = best deal sine Trilogy@$20.

Thanks for the tips! Say if I purchase a used game at $19.99 and add another as a freebie. Can I still get free shipping with the code? Probably not but worth a shot asking.

In theory you can use SAVER with any other coupon, so long as the order total is over $25, but it looks like there's a free econo shipping option regardless of price now. Which would be sweet except...

I tried to use the UBOGO code yesterday and again this morning- no dice. A quick search turns up quite a few angry people, seems that GS has made the coupon quite limited. Tons of games are no longer instock online, and no matter what games I've tried I get an error at checkout:


Here's the funny part: yesterday the same error popped up but ended with "Expires 3/22/10 11:59PM". Methinks GS just underestimated the response, and have severely crippled the deal.

So now all the coupons except SAVER are dead. C'est la vie. You can probably still use CAG16 for 16% off (haven't tried it), or you might try giving customer service a call @ 1-800-883-8895 to bitchalittle if you have the energy... (not me!).

2 weeks ago this was at $49...even then, it was a good deal. Now it's HOT.

My total was $45 with tax and shipping to my doorstep.

That bundle I bought 2 posts up for $45 turned into a Remote w/ Motion Plus for < $24. The Nerf game is a seperate line item on the packing slip (each listed at $20). This allows you to return the game in store for money back and keep the remote.

Nintendo is very smart. Not only are they selling thwe wii and both wii sports games for a low retail price now, but they're advertising it CONSTANTLY. Obviously that's their plan to try to prevent the other two systems' rise with motion controls. They'll increase their install base even more before some of the people get tempted by the competitors later in the year.

Walmart & Amazon both have Metroid: Other M for $49.99 and a $20 gift card... not too shabby! (C'mon Gamestop, match this so I don't have to move my preorder to Amazon!)
