In my case, I am using WHS folder duplication instead of RAID to save a few grand, so each file gets doubled. Storage is cheap, but as the HDDs start to pile up you begin to get into other areas of concern like power and cooling.
My ripping methodology is to just stick a BD into the server every day after work, then swap in the next one the following day. I have been averaging 5 per week and it's really not been much of a hassle. The only thing I am concerned about is the fact I may need to re-rip them if Windows 7 ends up with some weird kind of video organizing or container system.
