How does the KDL-40S4100 Look?

Looks like it will be out officially this week or so - cannot find in stock locally - Sony site says 5/18.

I am looking for 1st impressions as well. Can I ask what other sets you will be comparing against??

I just purchased it last night and so far I can say I like it. I have a 52" SHARP AQUOS upstairs and thats all I really have to compare it to.

I will say that out of the box, the S4100 vivid setting is a little bright for me. But after tweaking it some, it looks better. So far I am happy. The only cons so far are the sound isnt too great and I wish I they would have included some better settings for the color temp. But all in all you wont be dissapoointed with it. You probably cant find a better picture for the price.
