Spherex XBOX 5.1 Lost Remote

Hello everyone,

I've searched everywhere and can find no answer for this so I'd appreciate any help. I've recently moved apartments and during the move have lost the remote for my Spherex 5.1 system. The problem is that without the remote I can find no way to power on the system and without power I cannot see a way to have my universal remote learn the IR code. The company website is down and there is no way to contact them as they must have went out of business. Is there anything I can do?

You are an amazing person. I was able to contact Mirage through API since Spherex is done, who were able to connect with their warehouse who had a few remotes left because the system was discontinued years ago and were able to ship me one for $20.00. THANK YOU.

I searched and searched as well for a answer to this problem and I found one, an easy solution. There is a repair centre in Toronto, Ontario that replaces remotes for the Spherex XBOX 5.1 and also does repairs. It is called "All-in-one Electronics" and it's number is 416-789-0668. It's address is 50 Wingold Ave. with operating hours from 9-5 mon-fri. Hope this helps anyone who is in my situation. Cheers!

My remote control also died. I called the Toronto repair center. Unfortunately, they don't sell or ship to the US. I also tried calling Klipsch but they said they don't have them anymore. Grrrrrr. I'd be great if someone from Canada could help me out. I'd be glad to pay for the new remote and the shipping.

I just checked, Logitech supports the Spherex Xbox 5.1 system, so might be easier trying to get a remote from Canada

Hello guys, I know this is a old thread...
but it's about a system I've been looking for...
Im looking to buy the whole set or just the satellites for Sphere 5.1 Xbox Surround System.
Does anybody here still have them, and if yes. Do you wanna sell it?

Yeah I spotted that one hahaha I sent a message to the seller...
It's not sealed brand new and it's missing the remote control.
It was a display at the CompUSA store... That's why it's missing the remote.
I would buy it, but for $200. Ouch... That's why I was wondering if anybody
here has them and perhaps wanna get rid of them for not so much money...

I have the system, but my remote control just broke down and i have no way of turning on the system. Spiktsu, you said you wanted to just buy the satellites? i'm debating whether to sell the system since i can't find a way to turn it on. Where do you live?

If you are still looking to sell, I can pay cash and take care of shipping. I had one but someone stole the woofer and now all I have is the satellites, receiver and the remote!
