Yes, that is one of the coolest speakers ever built. The "infinite" transmission line, kills are resonance (that was the idea anyway, i have not heard the speaker IRL). The range is incredible:
10-25.000 Hz +/- 3.0 dB
25-20.000 Hz +/- 0,5 dB
Boy i would love to hear that speaker, it was so good looking, expensive (~$70k retail price in those days) and heavy (110 kg per speaker).
The speaker also needed MASSIVE power to be driven, minimum was 4 mono-blocks per speaker with 225 Watt @ 4 ohm each.
The magnet in the 300 mm bas element weighted in at 9.5 kg.
