Comparing Onkyos - HT-SP904 vs HT-S5100

I am in the market for a new system. I am considering two Onkyo's; HT-SP904 for $499 and the HT-S5100 for $377. I understand the obvious difference between the two; Like 5.1 vs 7.1; Comes with DVD player and the other doesn't.

Where did u find those prices? Especially the S5100 system?

I would go whith the S5100, it has a better receiver and a set of 7.1 speakers that will sound better than the ones from SP904. Also the difference in price is for the fact that the SP904 comes with a DVD player and u always can buy a DVD apart from OPPO for example that will be an excelent piece!!
