It's nice to see this thread revived, especially this time of year when there's a bit of a lull in releases and everyone isn't necessarily playing the latest popular games.
At any rate, here's my listBorderlands 2
-- I'm midway through my True Vault Hunter Mode playthrough (level 43 Axton), but was playing BL2 non-stop for almost six weeks before deciding I needed a break. This game is mind blowingly good and addictive. If I didn't have such a backlog, I'd play all the way through with each character and perhaps even one or two of the DLC characters. In fact, I may just have to go ahead and grab the season pass instead of waiting a year or more for a DLC sale like I usually do.LEGO Batman 2
-- For $7.50 during the summer sale, this was the perfect little game I needed as a break from a steady dose of more intense action games I had been playing the past few months. Though the flying is a bit wonky, I love the open world aspect, and I'm enjoying this game's original story with voice actors, as opposed to trying remember bits from movies I hadn't seen in 10-20 years via pantomimed cut scenes like all the previous LEGO games had.Mass Effect 2
-- I pretty much always have a campaign in a Mass Effect game going for whenever I need my ME fix. I'm currently three-quarters of the way through my very first game with a Shepard I imported from Mass Effect 1 (all my other ME2/3 playthroughs were without it). It is my fourth playthrough overall of ME2 and I'm still noticing things I never had before, and not all of it is owing to the fact that I'm playing with an ME1 Shepard import this time (which does add a few new characters, dialogues, and side missions).Next upHitman Absolution
-- This month's free Plus game, I was actually on the fence about even playing it, as I was unfamiliar with the Hitman series, until I found out the special coincidence of being able to make this my 47th platinum trophy.
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal -- Still haven't gotten around to the third game of the R&C HD Collection.
Sorcery -- Just grabbed this for $5. Always wanted to play it.
XCOM -- Another Plus freebee I really wanted to play.
