Are the BH200 & UP5000 audio bitstreaming glitches format specific?

Just trying to get a gauge as to whether the following glitches affect both Blu-ray and HD DVD:

1. LG BH200 bitstreaming DD+ "helicopter" issue (affects all HD DVD discs but so far no reports for Blu-ray discs?)
2. Samsung UP5000 bitstreaming DTS MA popping/crackling issue (affects Pan's Labyrinth HD DVD but not Blu-ray?)

Are the BH200 video dropouts format specific? Haven't heard/read of any video dropouts from the UP5000 but I may be wrong...
