Question about mounting an LCD (Samsung LNT2354H 23")

I'm doing some research for a friend who wants to buy this LCD:

It doesn't say anything about VESA mounting. Can you guys help me figure out if this wall mount:

or this wall mount:

will fit that TV? My friend just wants it to be held up against the wall and be swung out whenever they want to watch TV.

No, I haven't bought the TV yet, if you look at the pics on the Newegg page you can see there are 4 screw holes on the back but they look more like a rectangle than a square like most VESA-compliant mounts have. That's why I'm asking here. It doesn't say anything about VESA mounting in the specs on either Newegg or the Samsung site.

Any help would be much appreciated.

OK, took a closer look and the first link is for some ADAPTER PLATES for a wall mount. Durr!! Sorry about that, should have read closer. I guess the real question here is:

Again, it doesn't say anything about VESA on the specs page on Newegg and the specs on the Samsung page are useless.

The TV, BTW, is a 23" Samsung LNT2354H.

The mount is VESA compatible for 50x50,75x75, and 100x100mm. The thing is, in the picture on Newegg for the TV, the VESA holes look more like a rectangle for a square. Will it still work with the 50x50/75x75/100x100 standard?
