Record OTA HD and output 1080i?

To save money, looks like we are going to disconnect the cable.....

I have a decent box:
SAPPHIRE 100186L Radeon X1950XT
Intel C2D E6750
ASUS P5N32-E SLi (Nvidia 680i)
2GB RAM

I want the ability to record 2 HDTV shows at once.
I have an older Sony 5.1 receiver that just takes my optical audio.
TV is Hitachi 57F59 1080i CRT rear proj.
1 HDMI, bunch of component

Do I just need to pickup:
-a couple Cat's Eye 150 (DTA 150)
-A remote
-software like SageTV, MythTV, or Win Media Center Edition?
-DVI to HDMI , (or DVI to component)
?

Any tips/recommendations appreciated.

Yea I know what you mean. My cable has gotten out of hand and I don't even have any movie channels or sports packages. Most of what is on is crap anyway. Add in the fact that the bit rates for the few HD channels we do have leave a lot to be desired. I'm getting really tired of the crazy cable bill when I only watch 5 or 6 of the channels.
So far I'm looking at getting a HDHomerun or the HD-PVR.
