I believe that this is a two day sale, at least my paper states prices good through July 08.

This is to help counter act against customers buying off the shelf.
For example, you may look up a title and it says 1 availabal at your store.
If there really was just 1 available, and minutes after you ordered it, someone walked in off the street and buys it... then you go to the store to pick up your order and there is no order to be had.
So, they pad the system so that the website shows none being in stock at your store, when if fact there could be a few there.
So, if it's worth the trip to you, it's always worth checking at the actual B&M store to see if there may be some there.
Of course there's always the chance that they really are totally out of stock, and thus the trip would be wasted.

They should just change the name from Best Buy to YMMV.
"Welcome to YMMV, how may we screw you over today?"

You always get a confirmation email that "Item is ready for pickup", and you do not just go there after you place the order.

I've had a few occassions where I placed an online order and received an email saying it is no longer in stock. They physically go grab the online order items before they confirm to go pickup.

Now, whether the system is set up that way if there is low inventory, that is a different story.

I imagine this doesn't apply to pre-orders does it? Thin Red Line is the one I want the most.

"3. Will I still be able to redeem my cashback earnings after July 30, 2010?

Taken from Bing FAQ:
A: Yes. You can redeem all of your cashback earnings consistent with the cashback terms and conditions and access the Bing cashback customer support system through July 30, 2011. We encourage you to redeem your cashback savings and to further support redemption we are waiving the $5 minimum payout effective July 31, 2010. Please visit http://cashbackaccount.bing.com to ensure your cashback account information is current to facilitate payouts of your cashback earnings.

4. I have less than $5 in my account, can I get my cashback?

A: Yes. As of July 31, 2010, the $5 minimum payout limit will be lifted, so just follow the same steps you would to request your payment."

I bought High Crimes and Wall Street as a combo for $10/ea. ($20 total) at my local Walmart. Seems like better deals are at brick and mortar stores rather than on-line, currently.
