The Best Buy in CA (zip 92562) wouldn't sell The Score today. The manager said he can't sell it till Tue. due to contractual issues. The other exclusives were available.

Bestbuy.com has some movies on sale this week including 3:10 to Yuma for $7.99 and Galaxy Quest for $9.99.

The Bourne Trilogy (slim packaging (?)) $34.99 at Amazon.

Fry's listed The Evil Dead for $12.99 in this morning's paper. Apparently the price is available online for the moment.

Just got back from the Blockbuster in Shelton CT and all Previously Viewed DVD's, Blu's and games are 50% off. That means that the discs will range from $6-8 each!
I got Role Models for $6.50 but they had tons of titles. Unfortunately, there was nothing else I was interested in.

Check yours out to see if they have any!

For those Canadian subscribers the Prestige is $9.95 in your local Shoppers Drug Mart Store which commenced carrying blu ray titles Aug. 1 2010.

In the Toronto area Shoppers Drugs have a display with a variety of blu ray discs at this price, other titles include Wyat Earp and the Wild Bunch all library type dvds no recent releases.

I'm a Disney Rewards member and I got an email for a $10 off coupon for Beaty and the Beast. It's an upgrade coupon. You enter the upc for a VHS (gasp) or DVD of the movie and print the coupon.

The coupon expires 10/9 and since the movie is released 10/5, it's a small window to buy the movie.

Wonder if there is going to be a pre-order deal for TS3 at that time which will give you an additional discount on buying another Disney BD at that time.

Not exactly a sale, but Amazon just lowered the price on Spartacus: Blood and Sand - The Complete First Season to $34.99. Lowest price I could quickly find anywhere else is $45.99.

i asked in the iron man 2 thread, but figure it is more appropriate to ask here. do you think i should reserve Iron Man 2 @ amazon for $24.99 (the price dropped)? I remember iron man 1 being at a similar price for such a long time (and i want it asap) and dont know if the price is likely to be lower anywhere else. any opinions? thanks so much.

I would hazard a guess that Iron Man 2 will be on sale in the retail channel the week it comes out for ~$20. So I'm just going to take a "wait and see" attitude. IM2 will be one of those titles which will be cheap enough in no time anyways.
