Best Buy has Be Kind Rewind, The Bucket List, Fool's Gold and a few others for $24.99. Plus, if you're a Reward Zone member, you should have gotten a $10 dollar coupon in the mail and it's double points all this week.

Deal - 2 for $30 - 39 titles

I get no 2 for $30 with this so e-mailed CS which replied with the following:

I've looked for the promotional offer for both the items "Crimson Tide" and "The Rock" and see
that its a "Best value" promotion offering both the items at $39.90.

When you see a "Best value" advertised on a search results page or on an item's product detail
page, we're offering an extra discount if you buy both of the items listed.

To take advantage of this type of offer, you must click the yellow "Buy both & save" button on
either product's detail page to add both items to your Shopping Cart. The discount will not be
applied if you add the items to your cart separately.

If your order qualifies for the promotion, then we will honor the promotion as stated. Please
take a moment to read through the promotion requirements and to double-check the seller of the
item(s) you're ordering. Items offered by third-party merchants on our site may not be
eligible for this particular promotion.

After checking the promotion restrictions, you may either try placing an order again in a few
days, or you may place the order now and write to us with your order number. If your order
qualifies for the promotion, we'll apply the promotion for you.

Enyone get 2 for $30?

Well, I put 4 disks in my cart and check out, then the amount changed to 0...says limited purchase quantity blah blah...but I've never bought during this sale...

Yeah, I think the Amazon 2 for $30 might be dead, but the link lingers. Didn't work for me yesterday and tried again this morning with no luck.

Jesus! I wasted 3 bucks the other day.

What's up with Tower.com constantly changing prices lately? Blade Runner dropped to 12, then 17, now $32.59. And they seem to have a hardon for pushing Cloverfield down.

More Tower.com - sorry if any of these have already been mentioned
Men in Black - $15.86
Bram Stoker's Dracula - $12.99
Memento - $14.99 (pennies more than the current best Amazon Marketplace price if you get free shipping)
Category 7: The End of the World - $8.99 (??)
(Some other cheapies that are slightly better than Amazon's prices...)
Short Circuit - $10.85
Terminator 2: Judgment Day - $11.72
Stargate - $11.72
Total Recall - $11.72
The Punisher - $10.72

ShagMan, if you're not going to list any of the Tower.com titles can you please change the "Blu-rays as low as $13.99"?

Marketing gimmick to stir up business and traffic to their website.

Reminds me of Amazon around two years ago with the great deals they used to have, sadly no more.....

I haven't been keeping up with Tower's random pricing, because it changes too often! It's probably best if you guys keep on posting them, by the time I put them in, the prices have already changed and the information is bad.

Has Amazon's 2 for $30 been fixed? If not, I need to remove it.

fine by me. i'm still waiting for my pre-ordered pioneer bdp-05fd. can't pass up a good bargain.

i picked up memento for $14.99 -- i wanted to pick up the prestige at walmart.com in their beuna vista/disney 2 for $25 deal but i missed one of the brief moments when it was in stock, and it now looks like wal-mart has officially retired the deal (the link is dead -- it doesn't even say out of stock). does anybody know of anywhere else that has prestige for a decent price (under $20)? i need to round out my christopher nolan collection.
If you don't mind buying used, I believe The Prestige is one of the BDs that sells for a lower price on the Amazon.com Marketplace. Could also try Half.com for a used one.

Tower is ftw lately...

Amazon needs to get back in the game

Glad I paid $11.99 for Blade Runner last week, now it's $32.59.

No problem waiting a few extra days as long as I'm saving a decent amount of cash. That way, I'm able to afford and justify buying more movies

Doesn't take that long...a week at most

Maybe it depends on your location
If you got something from Tower in a week, then you must be living in their basement.

If that was the case I'd have about 200 BDs in my collection

So were these Best Buy Reward Zone coupons sent in the mail or through email?

I wish the deals weren't quite as good. I only want Fifth Element and Black Hawk Down, but don't want to pay shipping.

thanks for the advice. i think i am going to take a shot on ebay, though. i have over $10 in my bidslammer account, so i have set up a group of 4 or 5 used (but in supposedly mint, like new condition) prestige blu-rays from sellers with 100% positive feedback from 100-300 buyers. looks like i should be able to get a copy for under $13 including shipping.

yep, 12 days. Ordered 6-11 in the morning and delivered 6-23 in the late afternoon.

I will say this after studying the USPS tracking. Tower took 8 days to ship the "in stock" movies and the titles shipped from Miami. USPS showed the package at my local post office on Friday evening and my local postman boned me and waited until Monday to deliver. So if he did his job, it would have taken 10 days.

I ordered 3:10 to yuma and Cloverfield from tower over two weeks ago. I received the shipped emails but, I have not received my movies.
