The IN72 produces a great picture, but it is only 480p. I would definitely stay with DLP, so although the Epson is a nice projector, it's an LCD and I'd rule it out.
From your list of projectors, I'd probably take the Mits. The Sharp has a lot of fans, but I don't think I've ever seen it so really shouldn't comment on it. The HC1500 is a fine, bright projector. I like Optoma projectors, and even own a DV10 (another 480p projector). I know I've seen the HD65. It's small, bright and throws a good picture. I've think I've also seen the HD72, (it's tough to remember from the 70, 71 and 72 which I've actually seen.) and like I said, I like Optoma projectors. The HD71, by the way is a very bright projector, something to consider if you have some ambient light.
I don't think there's a bad one in your list. But because it's a DLP and won't have much zoom range or any lens shift, make sure it's going to fit in your room.
