I recently saw them at Bed and Bath, the silver and black are a perfect match for people with black leather theater seats with stainless or aluminum cup holders... very sweet. Oh I still don't work for Bubba Keg, but they owe us on AVS big time for the increase in sales they have been getting but they do make an excellent product that works very well in HT applications.

Is there an echo in here?

You guys are characters I was just trying to be helpful

After eveyone has done so much on AVS to help us create our own pj/screen home theater I wanted to give something back and when I came across these things I thought this small contribution was something that might be appreciated.

Hey MidLife, Thanks for the bump because I am one of those looking for Theater cups. Had you not bumped this to the top, I woulda never found these great for HT application insulated cups. I wonder who sells them?
For those interested, I was at McDonalds today and ordered coffee. Man, those cups are awesome. Let me know if you are interested, I can send you some.

I was walking out of Home Depot today and saw these cups on a display there. I laughed out loud to myself as I was walking by and the guy walking next to me was puzzled to say the least.

Does anyone know if these cups keep anything cold? Can't seem to find a confirmation of if they do or not.

Well, I hope everyone has a good laugh while finding something useful. Given the state of the economy it is nice to have something to smile about.

I was sitting in my theater this weekend and took a drink out of my cup and it was too warm! Then, when I tried to place it into my cupholder and it fell to the floor and spilled. Guess I saw this thread too late. Doh!

*bump* so my fellow AVSers don't face a similar predicament.
I was at Linens and Things today and they also have them along with a larger version, which unfortunately wouldn't fit in any cupholder or I would have bought it!

I also saw them at Linens and Things. The store in our area is going out of business and they are blowing out all of their stock so if anyone is still in the market, check out your local Linens and Things store.

There you go New Tricks, does that make you happy, the thread has been bumped.

Atta boy, JMouse!!! What's funny is that I saw these Bubba cups TODAY at Dicks Sporting Goods and laughed and thought "how can I be the one to report the Bubba sighting at Dicks," effectively being the bumper of this thread. I thought there is no way I am bumping this to the top BEFORE JMouse. Thankfully, I didn't have to. You bailed me out, JM.

Glad I could help you out It is also good to know that these theater cups are available at Dicks Sporting Goods. It makes it easy for AVS members to pick them up. Darn, I should work for these guys, just think of the stock dividends I would be reaping Seriously though, thanks for letting AVS members know. One more thing, given the state of the economy glad I can bring some laughter into your life.

Hey I'm so glad you guys have been bumping this thread, I've searched everywhere for cups with lids and couldnt find anything. Just ordered 6 of these from Linen and Things. Out here in Japan they have kid size cups for a large, I need a big boy cup. Heres the link, bumpity bump. Thanks all.

I'm just going to bump this a little.
Until I read this thread, I had remained so confused...always wondering why my drinks would be at the wrong temp and would spill everywhere....

I should have put it in cups!
I'm thinking that selling these crappy cups are what drove Linens and Things out of buisness...

And killed the stock market...
