LN52A750 to a pal country

Hello,I'm interested in buying the Samsung LN52A750 in the US and ship it to Israel which is a pal country. I will be using a step down/up converter. what do I need to know? will everything work fine (such as my NTSC xbox 360 and ps3 and my laptop) what problems could arise,thank you

I'm not sure, but PAL versions of the TV use 100hz instead of 120hz, I dunno how that would work out.
