Are there any upconvert DVD players that have the following set of capabilities?

-Upconvert to 1080i
-Region-free standard DVD playback
-Compatible with CD-R/W, DVD+/-R/W media
-HDMI connections

I apologize if this topic has already been covered. If it has, please point me to right thread? I tried searching but didnt come up with anything

Here are a few:
OPPO 980
Philips 5960
Philips 5982
Philips 5990
All of these players support PAL/NTSC and can be made region-free.
