This is about 11.5 to 12 feet back from where the screen will be.
The ceiling is about 9.5 feet high.
The screen will be 92" to 96" diag base on other constraints of the room.
Just did a quick checkon my HC1500: at 18" from frt of HC1500 lens, the top of projector image is only 2" below the center of the lens. (My center of lens is only 2" from ceiling). You will need an extension to clear. Based on your floor to ceiling and using the Mit Projector Calculator:
92" diag screen at 144" from frt of projector lens with 12" extension rod:
Top of image on screen is about 84.4" above floor (or about 29.6" below ceiling) Bottom of image is about 39.3" above floor. The 9.5' ceiling is a big plus for you in this case. Hope this helps.
