Should I sell my Panny pt ax 200u while house is built?

I'm in the process of moving and will be without a HT setup for 11-12 months. I have a low hour (about 130hrs) since bought in late Oct of 07 and am considering selling it and then buying another PJ when the house is finished. Does this sound like a reasonable thing to do? I have had zero issues with the Panny and have a bulb warranty as well. I'd probably step to the Epson 1080UB late next summer or maybe to the "hot" projector at that time.

Any thoughts?

I'd sell it if you cant use it for the next 12 months.

Cash out now and you will recover more of your money enabling you to buy a better pj in a yr

I agree... just make sure the cash is in an account that won't get spent on other things while you wait.

I am leaning towards selling it if I can make up my mind that I will def get a different PJ. I want to go with the Epson 1080ub but am a little concerned about the difference in lumens. Now, my basement is 100% light controlled and the new house will have several windows in the room as it will not be a basement. I will be able to control the lighting pretty well but want to make sure the 1080ub will suit my needs....lots of HD sports, concert dvd's and an occasional movie.

If you sell let me know. That is one of the pj I have been interested in. A little concerned on the issues posted, but still in the running. Also considering the Epson HC720.
