With all the delays into 2009, which big games ARE coming this year?

Personally speaking I didn't think any of those games had good odds of being released this year though it was nice to hear a release date for Killzone 2.



I don't think anyone besides the game's developers could definitely tell you that before the game has gone gold.

I hope Midnight Club: LA does not get delayed any further...

Ditto. I'm really looking forward to playing Midnight Club: LA later this year. Mercenaries 2 also.

As weird as it sounds I kind of like the release schedule for the remainder of '08....my wallet simply can't take much more of this.

Winter 2007 - Current has definitely been one of my most expensive "gaming periods" in recent memory: COD4, Uncharted, GT:5, GTA4, MGS4...are only a few of titles I've pick-up in the last 8 months. I use to average about 5-6 games within a year, but now because of the influx of quality titles being developed for the PS3 I'm on pace for 12+ before the end of '08.

Anyway to get back on topic - from what I've read it seems that these titles will more than likely be making an appearance before the end of the year - of course this is by no means written in stone and release dates could change for some of these games, as we all know:

It looks as if 2009 is going to be just as if not more expensive than 2008.
