hello.

I have kind of a awkward cabinet with a retractable mount which allows me a max tv size of 32-inches to be able to retract and fit back inside this cabinet.

However, if I was able to retract the TV size ways, I could fit a much larger LCD TV.

My limitation is on the width of the cabinet(however I have plenty of height)

I know on some LCD Monitors, people are able to turn them sideways and view their monitor like that.

I was wondering if LCD TV in general could also be placed sideways for extended periods of time or if that would damage it

If you could please let me know, I would sure appreciate it.
