Things are not looking good, tried the older 184.108.40.2061 drivers but it is still the same, the HDMI audio will be working for the first 20 secs or so only at each boot up.
I found that if I re-installed the drivers (including the current 220.127.116.118 drivers) after the HDMI audio has stopped working, the installation process will re-enable the HDMI audio and I get back HDMI audio, that is until I reboot then it will go off after 20 or so secs... anyone has any idea what is causing this problem?
Could it have something to do with the PAVP, but I did not meddle with my BIOS PAVP settings as I do not have a clue on what the settings is supposed to do (Lite vs Paranoid, and the amount of memory allocated). I am on BIOS rev F4 btw, and the PAVP settings has been there since BIOS rev F3 I believe. On the other hand, the HDMI output from this board is connected directly to my TV, there is no AV Receiver in between.
Two simple screen shots below...
This screen shot is when the HDMI audio is working:
And this one when it stopped working, it says "not plugged in", not "not connected", my apologies... It always defaults to the analog output (speakers) after the HDMI audio goes off.
