Samsung A650 Out of Focus/Blur Issue !

There's something abnormal going on with my TV , I do not have Noise Reduction on and this is not the general blur , it's like my TV decides or gets confused with what to show clearly and what to blur out , while playing games on the 360 , noticeably the Foot Ball pitch in Fifa goes blur and sharp during the smallest of movement while the players look clear , when watching movies from a HDMi connection via PC , while dragging files the background wallpaper goes out of focus, this doesn't happen while using my PC via VGA !

Watching movies through the ps3 , picture constantly goes out of focus and then it goes back sharp..

I found a Video on you tube highlighting the same issue..
I have yet to figure out if flashing my TV is safe , it's the A650 but it's 100Hz unlike the U.S ones..
Hope mixing the firmware wont cause any damage to the TV !

Plus does the latest firmware fix this issue , it's hard to tell because this problem really isn't common..
Is this problem fixable or does anyone else have it.

My TV is the LA52A650A1R , will the above firmware work on mine..
I had it shipped from the U.A.E , now I'm in a different country but the model is from there..
I cant find the firmware when checking form the U.A.E samsung search !
