Interference lines on TV screen

My TV plays fine untill I turn my ES-20 on.I have a RF modulator from my recorder to TV.I've tried separating all the cords in back of TV.What could be the major cause of this interference? The lines are'nt real bad,but a little wavy. They should'nt be there at all.

It's probably the RF modulator. In this day and age, especially with the advent of the digital switchover, its really time to move up to a TV that can accept direct line inputs rather than feeding your clean DVD recorder signal to your TV via a noise prone RF converter!

You might try to redo the fine tuning on the TV when the modulator is on.
