4069F with 120hz and AMP, but is the older model (isn't it?)

Which one you would recommend?

where are you located at? I just found the Samsung 40a550 at a heck of a price ($159.00 less than what you have listed). I found this about a half hour after I purchased a 530 for $55.00 more today and will be marching back to BB tomorrow to exchange and match price.

The 4069 is a 2007 model which has been trumped by current generation - why bother with it?
"Date first available at Amazon.com: January 9, 2007" How long do you think this thing has been sitting around collecting DUST in someone's warehouse?

It's third quarter 2008 and features have been refined.

My Vote would be for the 550 but nothing wrong with the V4100 if it doesn't sparkle.
