[SOLVED] Bravia KDL-46W4100 - Optical Output + Xbox360

well, first of all... I'm sorry for my bad english.
I can read and speak but I'm not good with writing.

I just bought a Sony LCD KDL-46W4100 and... it's fantastic.

BUT I don't know what's happening with Optical Output.

When I connect PS3 with HDMI in LCD, I get Dolby Digital 5.1 in my receiver.
When I connect my HDTV box with HDMI in LCD, I get Dolby Digital 5.1.

The problem is... when I connect my Xbox 360 with HDMI in LCD, I get PCM 2.0 in my receiver.



Sony did that just because PS3 is the competitor of Xbox360?

well, nevermind...

I solve the problem.

The HDMI cable don't support DD 5.1.
I tried another cable and now I can get DD 5.1 with my 360.
