Doh, my M15-HD just crapped out, and being in the middle of a public holiday period, I can't contact any support for a few days.
I was watching a TV show last night (at low vol, -24dB), audio input via SPDIF, no video passing through the prepro, and there was a sudden power outage. Power came back immediately, but all the PCs rebooted, clocks reset, etc. After it came back on, my M15-HD seemed to boot normally, showing the "M15-HD" message on the display, but after it came up it was showing "Source 1, Analog" on the VFD, and all the other sources had reset to analog also. I assumed it'd lost it's settings and went to set it up again, but it no longer listens to the remote*, and while the controls on the front panel seem to work, they're very minimal and don't allow menu access or any sort of input setup.
(* To clarify, the power LED on the prepro does flicker when you press a button on the remote, but nothing changes on the display [or OSD after plugging in HDMI output] to indicate that it is paying any attention to the command. The display and OSD update normally if you use the hard buttons on the unit, though. Oh, and you can press the "Custom" button near the top of the remote and it will switch on the unit and activate zone 2, but every other button is ignored, including the big "ON" and "OFF" buttons at the top [even with the remote in "AMP" mode].)
So, anyone got any ideas?
