Why will Y/CR/CB not work on my Y/Pb/Pr Lcd

I bought a Sanyo DP32648 the other day, and while trying to hook up my XBMC modded xbox via Y/Cr/Cb cables all i get is no signal. I do however get sound. When I hook the xbox up to my Toshiba rear projection 53HX71, it works fine. They both have Y/Pr/Pb connectors. Any thoughts guys?

From the information provided the only logical conclusion is that the XBox is good and the Sanyo is bad. I assume the cables and connections to the Sanyo are correct and you selected the correct input. By the way the Y/Pr/Pb video connection is called the component video input. You need to try another device with a component output such as a DVD player or connect the XBox to another component input on the Sanyo and see if either works.

Generally the more combinations of connections you can try will provide us a better chance to help you.

What resolution is the Xbox outputting, and is it set to component colourspace or RGB colourspace?
