Is it possible to set Harmony to NOT pick a TV input?

I'm running all my gear through an Onkyo SR606 and out to my Panasonic plasma with a single HDMI cable. Works ok, but every activity I've set up on my Harmony 880 wants to select an input on the TV. It's always the same, so I'd save some "power on" time if the harmony would just turn on the TV and leave it at the single input I'm using, not re-select it every time. Any thoughts on how to set this up on the Harmony software?

I have heard that you can go to your dispay device and delete all of the inputs except the one you are using and it will stop issuing the input switching commands. I have never tried this so I am not positive though.

Thanks for the suggestion. My TV didn't allow me to delete the inputs but I dug around some more in the Harmony settings and figured it out:

In the Harmony software settings for my TV device, I changed the "method of selecting an input" to "Method 2". On the screen where it asks you which command corresponds to which input, I simply selected "none" as the command for all the inputs. That took care of it; now the TV simply turns on and leaves the input on HDMI 1, which is the only one I'm using.

Deja vous, I too have a Pani plasma running through a sr606. For a second there I thought I had time traveled into the future to find out what remote I had bought....HA

really though, what remote did I (you) buy?

Actually, I did this but instead of deleting all the inputs except the one I was using, I deleted ALL the inputs for that device. Basically, once you go into the Logitech Harmony software go into "Devices"==>"Settings" for the particular device, i.e. "TV"==>"Advanced setup for this device". Just hit next for the next few options until you get to the screen that gives you a list of all the input names like "HDMI, S-Video, Component, etc.." Once here, delete all of them so the box is now empty of inputs. Click next until you're done. From what I've seen this "tricks" the remote to bypassing a reconfirm of that input. This has worked perfectly for me.
