I wanted to make a ported box for my 2 jl 12w3v3. I found a calculator for the dimensions and it gave me the following:
Depth- 16.26 inches
Height- 43.9 Inches
Width- 27.1 Inches
To me this seem a bit too much, as my boot is only 23 inches in height.
Does this mean i will have to face my subwoofers facing up?
the box needs to be 11.515 Cubic feet in volume.
according to the calculator i need to tune the port to 21.92 hertz and i wanted to know how i find out the size of the port vent.
