Do you have to hold down all three buttons at once or do you press them in sequence? If you have to hold them all down, I have no idea how to do that with a Harmony. I don't think it's possible.
But if it's a sequence of buttons, you can do that with a macro. Pick an activity, click on 'customize buttons'. At the bottom left corner there's a button that says 'Add Sequence'. Click that, then you can specify the key presses that you want to happen. Then it'll save the sequence as a new command. Then just assign that command to button; as a soft-button on the screen or a hardwired one, your choice.
