Westinghouse TX-42F430S lock up issue

Hi

I have a Westinghouse TX-42F430S4. The television has worked fine for 13 months. Yesterday, I did two things. I put the television in E-Saver move. I also turned the television off, and installed wall brackets with a power drill. The television hasn't been able to turn on since. It starts up with about 10 seconds of the Westinghouse logo, and then goes black again. The status light remains amber/orange.

It appears to be locked in standby mode. I called Westinghouse and they suggested a few things
(1) Switch to a different power outlet
(2) Attempt to hook up a different source such as DVD player
(3) Perform a firmware upgrade (I haven't done this since purchasing)

He also quoted about $170 for a new power board if it is defective. I won't be able to perform these steps until later. Has anyone had this issue, or heard of it? Does anyone have any other ideas they may help? Thank you.

Yeah I heard of this issue before, I went through FOUR units before I switched brands, good luck.
