Here's my HUGE setup.....In my Bedroom.

So I read a post about a month ago about someone saying they had the best bedroom setup. Well, think again;

Welcome to my attic bedroom;

Sharp 46" (64u series)
Denon AVR988
Polk Audio Monitor 50
Polk Audio Monitor 30 (w/omnimount stands)
Polk Audio CS1
Polk Audio PSW10
Video game systems; PS3, XBox360, Dreamcast
Toshiba HD A30, A2
Fios TV
Apple TV
Zune 30g
Monster Power HTS 3600

So what do u guys think? This is the first system that I have ever owned. It took me about 2 years to get everything.

...and i will be replacing my 5.1 system to 7.1 with an array of new speakers. Which one's you ask? The Polk Audio RT i A series. I already have one of my fronts that just arrived (the RTi A7 babe!!!). I have a few more days before the other one shows up.

Looks like a nice setup. How do you like the polk setup you have currently? They're fairly inexpensive and I was thinking about using them when I get my system setup.

I really like my current Polks a lot. The set up was inexpensive and sounds great. My Denon avr988 really pushes them without a hitch. They are very loud and crisp. I saw Cloverfield today (one of my reference movies) to remember what they sound like before I replace them, and I have to say that they really are great speakers. Just DON"T buy a Polk sub! This was my biggest mistake!

I have heard Infinity, Klipshce, Boston Acoustics, and the Monster speakers. Now they are all great speakers, but I have a preference for clarity and pop, that's what sold me on the Polks. I know some folks don't like Polks because of that, but everyone has their preference.

Thanks! LMAO!!! Well, I got into the HD DVD game really late. I knew the format was gonna die so I racked up on a lot of movies for cheap....I originally bought an HD A2...found out that it doesn't do 1080p...than bought the HD A30......and when Microsoft dropped the price of the 360 attachment to $50 which came with King Kong and 5 free movies, Why not. I just didn't want to have one deck and have it die on me than be stuck with all these movies (30 in total).

That's a great setup, some people would be happy to have that in a living room.
You and I have similar tastes in equipment and speakers.Take a look.

very nice setup......you can remove the A2...and maybe the A30 or 360 HD-DVD drive to remove clutter....I'm just saying.

That is a very clean set-up, well done.

It has given me some ideas for my daughter's bedroom.
